Set Expectations

Make sure your clients understand what is and isn't covered under their home warranty plan.

Not everything that breaks down in a client's home is covered with a home warranty! Make sure to set expectations with your clients by going through their contract with them at closing.

Your client will get the most use out of their home warranty if they know more about their coverage, service call fees, and how a home warranty works. You can also use the infographic and article How a Home Warranty Works to explain more about how a home warranty works.

Help Us Help your Clients

Teach them how to open a service request with this simple tutorial.

Or by calling Landmark Home Warranty at 866.306.2999After contacting Landmark, they will receive an email assigning them a contractor. The homeowner and contractor will set up an appointment time for the contractor to diagnose the system or appliance.
Every service request does require a service call fee either paid online or the phone while opening the service request, or to the contractor when they arrive at the property. The contractor will then diagnose the failed system or appliance. Read more on diagnosis process works with a home warranty, here.
