How a Home Warranty Works:
Step 1: A Covered System or Appliance Breaks Down
When a system or appliance fails in your home, and it's covered under your home warranty plan for your home, you call Landmark first.
Step 2: The Contractor Diagnosis the Problem
Landmark Home Warranty will send a trusted and bonded contractor to your home. They will diagnose the problem with your failed system and appliance and ask for approval to repair or replace it.
Step 3: The Repair or Replacement is Finished
As long as the repair or replacement is included in the home warranty plan on the home, the repair or replacement will be completely covered and all you'll have to pay is the service call fee for diagnosis.
